Privacy Policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
This policy explains what Mealfeeds collects when you use mealfeeds.com and request early access, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written for restaurant owners and staff applying to our early-access programme. The Mealfeeds app has its own privacy policy, which you will see when you start using it.
1. Who we are
Mealfeeds is operated by Little Brain Boosters B.V., Kraijenhoffstraat 137 A, 1018 RG Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("Mealfeeds", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@mealfeeds.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you type: your email address and, on the full application, your name, your restaurant's name, its city, and (optionally) an Instagram handle or website.
Information collected automatically. When you submit a form we also record the time of submission, the browser you used (its "user agent" string) and the page you came from, so we can spot spam and understand where applications come from. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, for a short period for security and reliability. The site itself does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.
Fonts. The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches the font, Google receives your IP address and standard request details; see Google's privacy policy.
3. Why we use it
- To review your application and decide which restaurants to invite into early access.
- To contact you about your application, the onboarding call, and the programme.
- To keep the forms free of spam and abuse, and to keep the site secure.
- To understand, in aggregate, where applications come from.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Legal bases (EEA and UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on: steps at your request before entering a contract (processing your application and contacting you about it); our legitimate interests in running and securing the site and the programme, balanced against your rights; and, where we ask for it, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and under our instructions:
| Provider | What they do | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Stores form submissions in our database | Frankfurt, Germany (EU) |
| Vercel | Hosts the site and runs the form endpoint; keeps short-term server logs | United States |
| Google Fonts | Serves the site's typeface | Global |
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Mealfeeds, our users, or others. If Mealfeeds is ever part of a merger or acquisition, your data may transfer to the new owner under this same policy.
6. International transfers
Your submission is stored in the EU, but it passes through servers in the United States when the form is processed and in server logs. Where data leaves the EEA or UK we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. How long we keep it
We keep applications for as long as the early-access programme runs and for up to 24 months after it closes, so we can follow up as we open new cities. If you are onboarded, your details move to your Mealfeeds account and are kept under the app's policy. You can ask us to delete your application at any time (see below).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent. To use any of these, email hello@mealfeeds.com from the address you applied with; we will respond within 30 days.
EEA and UK. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
California. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request its deletion, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
9. Security
Form submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored in a database that only our team and automated systems can read. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
10. Children
This site and the early-access programme are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let applicants know by email.
12. Contact
