Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of mealfeeds.com and the early-access programme described on it. By using the site or submitting a request for early access, you agree to them. The Mealfeeds app and any founding-restaurant arrangement are governed by their own terms, which we will share with you before you are onboarded.

1. Who we are

Mealfeeds is operated by Little Brain Boosters B.V., Kraijenhoffstraat 137 A, 1018 RG Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("Mealfeeds", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@mealfeeds.com.

2. The early-access programme

• Submitting a request is an expression of interest, not a guarantee of a place. We select founding restaurants at our discretion and may decline or defer any request without giving a reason.
• Early access is free for founding restaurants: no setup fee and no subscription during the programme. If we introduce pricing later, we will tell founding restaurants before it applies to them.
• Mealfeeds is pre-launch software. Features described on this site, including creator collaborations, may change, be delayed, or not ship. Descriptions of the product are not promises of specific functionality.
• We may change or end the programme at any time. If we do, we will let active participants know.

3. Your request

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to apply on behalf of the restaurant you name. We may contact you using the details you provide about your request and the programme. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Using the site

You may use the site for its intended purpose: learning about Mealfeeds and requesting early access. You must not misuse it, including by submitting false or automated requests, attempting to access systems or data you are not authorised to, interfering with the site's operation, or copying it for commercial use.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, images, and the Mealfeeds name and logo belong to Mealfeeds or its licensors. Screenshots of the app may show restaurants' and creators' content, which belongs to them. You may not use any of it without permission, except to view the site.

6. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is complete or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mealfeeds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or the early-access programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any dispute will be brought in the courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or business protections that apply where you are based.
